Its basic characteristic is primarily the fat coating, which gives the steak an unmistakable taste, appearance and aroma. Another option is the rump steak , which comes from the tenderest part of the beef's back. Not only is it low in fat, but it's also incredibly tasty. For those who like exceptionally lean and tall tender steaks, we can recommend the sirloin steak .
